Pickups

Jacksonville International Airport

Take the escalator down to the baggage claim level.  After collecting your luggage head towards luggage claim 1 or follow the signs to “Prearranged Ground Transportation Meet and Greet Area”.  This is to your left as you face outside the building.  If you need assistance with your luggage, please respond to your driver’s text and they’ll be happy to come to your luggage carousel.  According to airport regulations, drivers are only allowed to approach the carousels if you ask them for assistance.

Executive at Craig Airport

Your driver will plan to arrive at the FBO building 15 minutes prior to your scheduled/arranged arrival time.  If possible, please provide tail number so we can better monitor your flight and arrival time.  You should receive a text from your driver as soon as you take your mobile phone out of airplane mode or turn it back on.  If your plane has in air Wi-Fi, you may receive the text while still in the air.  Your driver will be waiting in the terminal building.  If approved, your driver will drive to your plane.  Otherwise, they will be happy to assist you with your luggage after it is safe for them to approach the aircraft.

Cecil Airport

Your driver or our dispatcher will contact you a day or two ahead of arrival to confirm which hanger or terminal building you expect to arrive at.  Cecil has many locations to please be as specific as possible.  Drivers will plan to arrive 15 minutes ahead of your schedule arrival time and text you when they arrive.  If possible, please provide tail number so we can better monitor your flight and arrival time.  If possible, the driver will bring the car to your plane when it is safe.  Otherwise, they will park as close as possible and assist you with your luggage.

Drop Offs

Home

As with pickups, we don’t want to disturb any family members when we get you home, especially late at night or early in the morning.  The driver will pull into the driveway and help you with your luggage to the door.  Our drivers will NEVER enter your house, but will wait until you are safely inside your house before leaving.

Business or Hotel

Your driver will confirm your destination.  Once there, your driver will park as close as possible and retrieve your luggage for you.  To reduce the possibility of confusion, your driver will NOT hand off your luggage to hotel staff or anyone other than you.  Please check your seat for anything that you may have left in the car or that may have fallen from your pockets; mobile phone, tablet, wallet, passport, etc.

Jacksonville International Airport (JAX)

Your driver will confirm your airline and ask if you are using curbside luggage/check-in as they approach the airport.  If you are using curbside check-in the driver will park as close to the check-in area for your airline as is safe and timely.  If you are not using curbside check-in the driver will park as close to the door near your airline as possible.  The driver will place your luggage on the curbside for you, check the inside of the car to help ensure you’ve not left anything behind, and wait until you walk off to check in.  Please check your seat for anything that you may have left in the car or that may have fallen from your pockets; mobile phone, tablet, wallet, passport, etc.

Executive at Craig Airport

If possible, the driver will take you to your aircraft, remove your luggage from the car and place it near the ladder or cargo hatch.  For your safety, our drivers cannot place luggage inside the aircraft but will be happy to hand it up to you or a designated flight crew member.  If we are not able to drive to your aircraft, the driver will park as close as possible and offer to assist with your luggage to the aircraft.  Please check your seat for anything that you may have left in the car or that may have fallen from your pockets; mobile phone, tablet, wallet, passport, etc.

Cecil Airport

If possible, the driver will take you to your aircraft, remove your luggage from the car and place it near the ladder or cargo hatch.
